Description
United Services Automobile Association ("USAA") appeals the trial courts judgment in favor of Kathleen Pigott ("Pigott") in a lawsuit alleging that the foundation movement at Pigotts residence was caused by plumbing leaks. USAA asserts four issues, contending: (1) Pigotts expert, James Bradley, was not qualified to testify and his testimony was unreliable; (2) the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support the jurys verdict; (3) the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support the allocation of damage caused by the plumbing leak; and (4) the trial court erred in disregarding the jurys award of zero attorneys fees. We affirm the trial courts judgment.
